What is occupational therapy?

Occupational therapy helps you to do the things you want and need to do, even if you find them hard.

It helps you to build the skills you need to do the things you need and want to do.

This can make a difference to how you feel and help you stay healthy.
What should I expect?

An occupational therapist will talk with you and people who support you (if you agree).

The occupational therapist will assess which daily activities matter to you and what you find difficult.

We will set goals together and find practical ways to make the changes you want.
