- Public, Durham – 5 vacancies (3 year terms)
- Public, City of York and Rest of England – 3 vacancies (3 year terms)
- Public, North Yorkshire – 1 vacancy (3 year term)
- Staff, Corporate Directorates – 1 vacancy (3 year term)
- Staff, Durham, Tees Valley and Forensics Care Group – 3 vacancies (3 year terms)
- Staff, North Yorkshire and York Care Group – 1 vacancy (3 year term)

Who can become a governor
You can stand for election as a public governor if you are a member of our Trust and are at least 16 years old. However, you can only nominate yourself for governor vacancies in the constituency in which you’re a member.
