Our integrated services are founded on strong partnerships across the different establishments including Rethink Mental Illness, Spectrum, Change Grow Live, Time for Teeth, Humankind, Dementia UK, Survivors UK, Outspoken and Police, Probation Services and Acute Trusts local to establishments.
These collaborative services have been delivered in the service since 2015.
