Overview
At Roseberry Park we have self-contained wards, clustered around closed landscaped courtyards. The site has 365 inpatient beds and all the single, en-suite bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The site has recreational areas including safe and secure courtyards and gardens.

Please contact reception on 01642 837300 for individual ward visiting times.
Parking
Free car parking is available on site. An external company monitors the car park.
Please ensure sure you park according to the notices displayed. Rules include parking in designated bays, not on yellow lines or hatched areas. Only disabled badge holders can park in disabled bays.
The external company may issue a parking notice of £40 if you don’t park according to the notices.

Our wards at this site include:
- A variety of wards within Ridgeway secure services
- The following wards within Dalesway:
- Stockdale – an 18 bed male acute adult mental health ward
- Holgate – a 14 bed female acute adult mental health ward
- Bilsdale – an 18 bed male acute adult mental health ward
- Overdale – a 14 bed female acute adult mental health ward
- Brandsdale – a 16 bed female acute adult mental health ward
- Bedale – a 10 bed mixed Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Westerdale North – a 20 bed mixed mental health for older people ward
- Westerdale South – a 14 bed mixed mental health for older people ward

Facilities
Bon Appetit
Bon Appetit is out on site café and deli bar.
Monday – Friday: Open 8am – 4pm
Weekends: Open 9am – 3pm
Shop
The shop is open from 9am to 4pm daily also offers a range of snacks and drinks as well as newspapers and magazines, small gifts, health and beauty products, toiletries, CDs and DVDs.
Vending machines are also available out-of-hours, serving hot and cold drinks, chocolates and crisps.
Faith Centre and Chaplaincy Service
Our faith centre is available to everyone, including patients, visitors and staff. We welcome people of any faith or no particular faith.
It’s a place to find quiet and peace. Our chaplains can offer, among other things, a listening ear and support, especially at times of crisis or bereavement.
They can help you to think things through and make sense of experiences. They can offer a chance to pray and take part in worship, receive sacraments of the church or make contact with a local leader of a person’s faith.
There is a chaplain on call from 8am to 8pm every day of the year. They can be contacted through a member of staff or by the hospital switchboard.

Smoking
This is a no smoking site. Patients, visitors, staff and contractors are not permitted to smoke at any time in the buildings or grounds.
