The purpose of this procedure is:
• To provide management instructions and guidance relating to the
application of a recruitment and retention premia within the Trust,
for those staff employed on Agenda for Change Terms and Condition.
• To ensure that the Trust operates a transparent and consistent
process for the agreement of local recruitment and retention premia.
