The Quality and Equality Impact Assessment (QEIA) Policy helps the Trust manage the impact of service changes. The QEIA considers all risks to quality and equality alongside mitigating actions. This policy supports Trust staff to consider both quality and equality. This supports decisions that are going to impact on people from different groups.
