We’re here to help…
… and the way we do it is pretty low key.
Up to one in every four people have mental health problems at some point, often after losing a loved one, problems at work or a traumatic experience. Sometimes there isn’t an obvious reason, but day-to-day life still becomes difficult.
We offer help and support through a range of talking therapies designed for people with symptoms of depression, panic, anxiety, stress, worry, scary thoughts. We usually start with easy-to-access activities that are short and available online or by phone and then go on to more one-to-one therapies as needed.
