15 November 2022
The Annual General and Members’ meeting of Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust will be held on Friday 25 November at 1pm.
Due to the current rise in COVID-19 and winter flu numbers across our region, the Trust has made the decision to hold this meeting virtually as a MS Teams Live Event.
The theme of this years’ Members’ Meeting is lived experience and co-creation.
The event guest speakers are Rachel (Rai) Waddington, the founder of ‘behind the label’ – a training and consultancy organisation that specialises in innovative ways of supporting people with mental health conditions, particularly those struggling with psychosis, dissociation and post traumatic reactions. And TEWV lived experience director Chris Morton, the first lived experience director in mental health services in the UK.
The Annual General Meeting portion of the event will feature updates from our chief executive Brent Kilmurray and executive director of finance Liz Romaniak, followed by a question and answer session.
This meeting can be attended by the public through contacting the communications team via [email protected] to register. Copies of the Annual Report, Annual Accounts and papers including the Agenda and Minutes for the meeting can be viewed on the Trust’s website.
MS Teams invitations to attend the meeting will then be sent as requested from Tuesday 22 November. The deadline to sign-up for registration is 9.00am on Thursday 24 November.
Any applications to view/propose corrections to the minutes, matters arising from the minutes and/or questions for the meeting must be submitted to [email protected] before 9.00am on Friday 25 November.
The Trust will answer as many questions as possible that are appropriate to the business of the meeting, towards the end of the event. There will also be an opportunity to submit additional questions online during the live meeting. An anonymised summary of questions and answers will be posted on www.tewv.nhs.uk/get-involved/membership/agm/ after the meeting.
If you have any queries, please contact the Trust’s communications team at [email protected] or visit our AGM website page.
