If you care for a child or young person (0 to 25 years old) with emotional or mental health difficulties, you may be interested in our parent and carer support group, Waves.
Led by our friendly parent peer practitioner and supported by a member of our expert CAMHS team, they take place every month at venues across County Durham and Darlington.
The group will listen and support you and give advice and guidance based on their own lived experiences.
