A gardening group backed by our Trust is helping young people in North Yorkshire blossom.
The ‘Think Together Team’, is a transformation project designed to support children and young people to access mental health services in North Yorkshire.
An idea to create a new children and young person’s peer support group was raised by a young service user, who discussed the difficulty and worry they felt when trying to access social groups, make friends and visit shops and businesses in their local community.
It’s #childrensmentalhealthweek and we’d like to share some of the amazing work our teams are doing around the trust to help and support children’s wellbeing.
Local children and young people’s mental health services (also known as York CAMHS) have moved into their brand new premises, Orca House, on the Link Business Park in Osbaldwick, just outside of York City Centre.
