This Children’s Mental Health Week we’re shining a light on our Recovery College Online. It can give you access to free mental health resources for children and young people.

They include resources about children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.
About the Recovery College Online mental health resources for children and young people

How do I access the online educational courses?
Anyone can access Recovery College Online courses and there is no referral needed, you just need to create an account. Courses are online and available 24/7 so can be completed in your own time around family and work commitments, and at your own pace.
Recovery College Online is available worldwide and you don’t have to live in the Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust area to access its resources.
