There different commissioning arrangements for melatonin in each of our two care group areas.
The NYYS (North Yorkshire, York and Selby) been reviewed and downgraded in the HNY ICB formulary, such that shared care guidelines are no longer required.
The DTVF (Durham, Tees Valley, and Forensics) is the currently agreed shared care template for that area .
Please note that a similar review process is happening in NENC ICB for the DTVF area, so please watch this space for a similar withdrawal in the near future.
