All TEWV staff need to be aware of the contents of this RIDDOR Procedure which refer to reportable injuries, notifiable diseases and dangerous occurrences which may occur within the Trust. There is a legal duty to report RIDDOR incidents to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) within a specified timescale. Reporting to the HSE can only be undertaken by the H&S Department after being advised by Services of a potential reportable incident/occurrence
