You matter

Our new campaign

Co-created with people with lived experience of mental health challenges, You Matter offers tools and resources to help you get the mental health support you deserve.

The real people behind our campaign

We have worked with a group of people who have real-life experience of mental health problems to co-create a campaign that allows us to share their journeys and the struggles they’ve faced. Hearing from others who’ve been in your shoes can make you feel so much better. It’s a good way to remember you’re not alone and lots of people have experienced what you’re going through. Their honest stories show that it’s okay to not be okay. Don’t forget, we all need a little bit of help and sometimes you just need to know you matter.
