In addition to presenting our annual report and accounts, we showcased some of our key achievements over the last year, as well as our work that supports the NHS 10-year health plan.
The ever-popular marketplace shone a light on more than 40 trust services and programmes and celebrated the work we do alongside our partners. We were pleased to welcome representatives from several voluntary and other public sector organisations that we work with. Their stalls highlighted how our collaborative approach is supporting people to live well in their local communities.

Our chief executive Alison Smith said: “It was wonderful to come together with staff from across the trust for the first time since joining TEWV. I really enjoyed walking around the service marketplace and hearing first-hand about all the fantastic work that’s taking place.
“I also had the opportunity to meet volunteers, trust members and partners. They shared their experiences of receiving care from and working with our trust. It really highlighted how far we’ve come as an organisation and although I know there’s still a lot to do it was great to see and hear the improvements we’ve made.”
As part of the formal meeting, Alison, who joined the trust in September, talked about her background, highlighted our achievements and explained how our work is aligned to the NHS 10-year health plan.

Interim chair, Bev Reilly, gave her reflections and highlights from the last year, followed by Gary Emerson, lead governor who delivered his lead governor’s report.
Our annual accounts were presented by Liz Romaniak, executive director of finance, estates and facilities. This was followed by a report from our external auditors Forvis Mazars LLP.
A video of the Annual General and Members Meeting will be online later this week.
