Voluntary organisations work with local authorities, mental health services and other organisations to offer support with things like employment, money, housing, isolation, loneliness and mental health.

Hub @ 30 Clarence Street, York
The hub is the first community mental health hub in York. It offers a safe, welcoming and non-clinical space where people can receive one to one support such as psycho-education, grounding techniques and clinical interventions.
There is also a wellbeing café and relaxing outdoor space. The hub provides a space where local groups and communities can get together to create an inclusive and supportive space.
People can drop in without a referral for a chat or speak one-on-one with a mental health professional for support.

The Wellbeing Hub, based in Wellington Square, Stockton, is a one-stop shop for advice, guidance and support relating to any wellbeing issues.
Community organisations work within the hub helping you find support relating to wellbeing and mental health. This includes employment, money, housing, isolation, loneliness and mental health, bereavement or drug and alcohol support.
The hub is open to everyone.

The Community Hub Central brings a range of services for local people under one roof.
Hub staff can help with a range of enquiries and signpost people to appropriate advice and organisations. They hold drop-in sessions and appointments for debt management, form-filling, benefits and general advice. There is also a library, dedicated children’s area and 30 computers for public access.
NHS mental health teams in Hartlepool work into the Hub offering weekly groups, one-to-one appointment and assessments when needed.
Hartlepool HubDarlington Connect
Darlington Connect is a mental health and wellbeing hub. It is a partnership of organisations that have come together to help the people of Darlington.
Based on Northgate, Darlington, it helps people connect with a range of specialist services who can support with a range of issues. This includes mental and physical ill-health, domestic violence, substance and alcohol misuse, utilities and housing issues, debt and cost of living advice.
