On 27 November 2023, NHS England (NHSE) published a statement on information on health inequalities (duty under section 13SA of the National Health Service Act 2006).
This outlined expectations on Trusts, to Boards, to identify key data and information on health inequalities and outline how they have responded to this information within their annual reports.
