First Contact is the access point for Stockton Borough Council’s Children, Education and Social Care services. It helps people access the service they need. Can also advise on more suitable agencies and provide contact numbers.

First Contact can also provide information on the new Halcyon Centre – a day service for adults, including those living with Dementia, managed by Stockton Borough Council.
