Harrier and Hawk Wards – Ridgeway, Roseberry Park Both wards provide low secure care for men over the age of 18 years old with a diagnosis of a learning disability and who present with challenging behaviour and/or mental health problems Inpatient – Harland Ward – Lanchester Road Hospital, Durham Forensic learning disabilities services, County Durham and Darlington Inpatient – Harland Ward – Lanchester Road Hospital, Durham Forensic learning disabilities services, County Durham and Darlington Inpatient – Langley Ward – Lanchester Road Hospital, Durham Forensic learning disability services, County Durham and Darlington Jay Ward – Ridgeway, Roseberry Park A five bed, male, low secure, forensic mental health ward providing assessment and treatment for acute mental disorders. Kestrel and Kite Wards – Ridgeway, Roseberry Park Kestrel Kite Wards are connected 16 bed low secure wards for men over the age of 18 years old. The wards specialise in providing care for service users with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Lark Ward – Ridgeway, Roseberry Park Lark ward is a 17 bed, low secure, forensic mental health slow stream rehabilitation ward for men. Liaison and diversion service, peer support In our Trust we have a number of peer support mentors who choose to share their own experiences to support others towards improving their wellbeing.
