Over two half-day sessions, one month apart, we train administrative staff to use QIS tools day to day to continuously improve their own workplace, without the need for a rapid process improvement workshop or other such improvement events.
The sessions aim to:
- Increase knowledge and further embed the quality improvement system (QIS) methodology in our organisation
- Enhance skills in using the relevant tools in the QIS system that can be used on a day-to-day basis
