Physician Associates
- Comprehensive programme of support now developed, with tutor oversight, representative roles, appraisals and excellent access to ongoing CPD

Junior doctor training
- Ranked 6th nationally in the 2021 GMC Training Survey and a great place to live and train, with positive trainer feedback too

Trust Grade Programme
- Since 2015 over 45 doctors have successfully gained HEE training placements and over 5 have consolidated and moved into SAS roles
- Our Trust Doctor tutor provides leadership and support to all colleagues and oversees the in house programme, liaising with our trainee representative role
SAS Support Programme
- We have an advocate role, tutors supporting in house teaching and CESR and associate medical director posts all in place to support and strengthen the SAS workforce
- Three portfolios submitted and awaiting verification from GMC for CESR. 1 doctor successfully registered and 6 doctors sponsored on our overseas CESR programme
- Specialist Psychiatrist opportunities for those with relevant skills and experience
Consultant Opportunities
