What is Our Big Conversation?
Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust’s Our Big Conversation is an opportunity for everyone to share their views and influence the way the trust delivers its services. So far, more than 2,100 people who use TEWV services, carers, families, partners and staff have already joined the conversation and have already made big changes.
Last year Our Big Conversation received more than 35,800 ideas, comments and votes. Based on this, TEWV developed big ideas for change and a new strategic framework.
This sets out the Trust’s purpose and vision, as well as three big goals that TEWV will commit to over the next five years.
What are TEWV’s goals?
The Trust has the following goals:
- To co-create a great experience for our patients, carers and families.
- To co-create a great experience for our colleagues.
- To be a great partner.
To achieve these goals the Trust has big ideas for change around five key areas of work. You can read a summary about our key areas of work and plans here. You can then feedback on these as part of Our Big Conversation.
How can you get involved?
As the next phase of Our Big Conversation launches, TEWV is inviting you to share your thoughts about the new plans.
We’re asking you:
- Are we focusing on the right things?
- What’s missing?
- Could we change these actions to make a bigger difference?
Make your opinion count
Our Big Conversation returns on Tuesday 2 February until Wednesday 17 February.
