The Organisational Development (OD) team develops people, teams, processes, services and culture to support organisational effectiveness to enable the Trust to meet its strategic objectives.
The main remit of the Organisational Development Team is to support with culture change and the achievement of the Trust values through leadership and management programmes, team development and staff engagement activities. This is delivered across five work streams:
- Leadership Development
- HR Skills Development
- Health and Wellbeing
- Strategic support within projects and organisational change
