Is our Trust business plan still on track?Our current business plan covers 2017/18 to 2019/20 and sets out our agreed strategic (six) and operational (nine) priorities
We are developing our business plan 2018/19-2020/21, which will be a continuation of the 2017/18-2019/20 plan plus any agreed additions or amendments, and would like to know if you feel the current six strategic priorities should continue as they are or whether the current focus should change.
The six strategic priorities are: recovery, purposeful and productive community services (PPCS), model wards, safe staffing, digital transformation and TEWV way.
