“I would just like to say how impressed I was with the mental health services provided at The Ellis Centre. You were very professional and caring when attending to my needs. On two occasions I was early for my appointments and my nurse obligingly saw me that little bit earlier, so relieving any stress the meeting potentially created. I have now been discharged back to my GP but safe in the knowledge that if I become acutely ill I can contact the crisis team. This is a great source of security." “I really don’t know where to begin in thanking all the staff on Esk Ward for their care, time and patience. Without their help, my life could have been so different. “Thank you for helping me to overcome my fear which has been affecting me and my family. I could not have done this without you supporting me. I hope when I am older if you need support I can help you.” From a young service user from Lake House, Scarborough,
