Car parking

Free car parking is available on site.

This car park is monitored by an external company, Excel Parking. Please make sure you park according to the notices displayed in the car park.

A vehicle monitoring scheme is in place in the car park at Roseberry Park. Each vehicle entering the site will be identified from its registration plate by a camera system. Visitors must place their car registration numbers into the two touch screens in either of the two reception areas within 20 minutes of arrival or be liable for a fixed penalty notice of £40. Please ensure that you input your car registration details correctly.

Drivers must park according to the parking notices, which include parking only in bays, not on yellow lines. Only blue badge holders can park in blue badge areas. A fixed penalty notice of £40 will be issued for people not complying with the signs.

Drivers must exit the car park using a 4 digit code available from reception.

Faith centre and chaplaincy service

The faith centre is available to everyone - to service users, carers, visitors and staff and to people of any faith or no particular faith. It is a place where all can come to find a measure of quiet and peace.

Our chaplains can offer, among other things, a listening ear and support, especially at times of crisis or bereavement. They can help you to think things through and make sense of experiences. They can offer a chance to pray and take part in worship, receive sacraments of the church or make contact with a local leader of a person's faith.

There is a chaplain on call from 8.00am to 8.00pm every day of the year. They can be contacted through a member of staff or by the hospital switchboard.

Hotel services

We follow the National Standards of Cleanliness guidelines to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standard. We have been awarded the nationally recognised ‘hospitality assured’ accreditation, which reflects our commitment to ensuring quality standards within the hospital.
