Annual General and Members Meeting

The Council of Governors hosted its Annual General Meeting / Annual Members Meeting on Wednesday 18 July at Middlesbrough Football Club. This year our focus was mental health in the workplace and over 190 people attended.

Andy Bell, deputy chief executive of The Centre for Mental Health, joined us as a guest speaker. Andy, who is renowned for his commitment to workforce mental health and is an advocate for equal employment opportunities, raised awareness around the future of mental health services, the challenges and opportunities faced by employees and the importance of wellbeing at work. 

An extensive marketplace of information on Trust services was also available where staff from more than 30 of our services were on hand to talk to attendees about their work and plans.

Annual General and Members Meeting 2017

The Trust's Annual General and Members Meeting took place on Wednesday 19 July at Middlesbrough Football Club where 239 people attended.

This year, the Annual General and Members Meeting focussed on talking about mental health and our guest speaker was Sue Baker, Time to Change supported by Gary Pollard, Chief Executive Men Tell Health

In addition to speakers, the event was supported by a ‘marketplace’ of over 37 stands showcasing their work and providing advice and guidance to attendees. 

The winner of the prize draws of £25 was Mr Stephen Harding.  This was for visiting 10 or more stands.  Congratulations your prize is on its way to you.
