This is a programme to develop leaders to use TEWV QIS in their daily work to remove waste and improve quality. Training takes place over a six month period with a formal half day training session once a month.

Participants are expected to use this knowledge to undertake a service improvement project.

The sessions aims to:

  • Build capacity and capability in using the ‘method’ in order that they can teach and engage others in the ‘method’
  • Enhance the skills and knowledge of future potential Process Owners
  • Create structure and a common ‘language’ to enable Leaders to improve their systems and processes
