The Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) 2017 GP Crisis Conference was open to GP’s and Primary Care practice staff across Teesside.
The event included a number of presentations from TEWV medical professionals focussing on mental health related topics including:
- Managing a mental health crisis.
- Managing risk, self-harm and suicidal behaviour
- Working with people with a Borderline Personality Disorder.
- Capacity and consent.
- Partnership working.
There was a Q&A session / networking hour.

Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, - Dr Rachael Hall, consultant psychiatrist,
managing risk, self- harm Redcar and Cleveland inpatient and crisis team,
and suicidal behaviour and crisis clinicians.
