The Trust in partnership with Health Education England’s North East team is hosting their third conference to raise awareness of delirium among healthcare professionals, including those working in acute and care home settings.
The conference is fully booked but you can follow this link to add your name to a reserve list or to be contacted about future events.
We are delighted to announce that for the first time we will be recognising the great work that is ongoing to prevent and treat delirium in our very own awards.
If you have been part of an initiative that has raised awareness of delirium or have conducted a piece of work in any aspect of delirium care, we want to hear from you!
Please send us a word document telling us about your project in no more than 500 words. Don’t forget to include your name, organisation and contact details. More information is available here.
Shortlisted entries will be invited to take part in a rapid fire oral presentation during the conference and finalists will be chosen by the organising committee.
Nominations close at midnight on Friday 16 February.
There will be the opportunity for people to showcase their delirium work in a poster exhibition. If you have a poster you’d like to bring along, please firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can also send us an electronic version of your poster, we can promote these on social media.
