The Evergreen Centre complies with Department of Health Essence of Care benchmarks for best practice, and undertakes regular audits for all the systems and processes implemented on the centre, to ensure continuous service monitoring and improvement. 

TEWV Quality improvement system

To help us improve the quality of what we do we have developed a quality improvement system (QIS), which is based on and supported by Virginia Mason Medical Centre in Seattle.

TEWV QIS is about improving the ways we do things within the trust by identifying and removing wasteful activities and focusing on those that add value to our service users, their carers and the people who commission our services.

We collect data routinely for all young people admitted to The Evergreen Centre. This is used to track our progress against national guidance and assure referrers and service users of our commitment to clinical excellence.
