Trust business plan 2017/18 - 2019/20
Our business plan for 2017/18-2019/20 sets out the actions that we will take over the coming years.
This plan includes how we hope to address national and local clinical priorities and how we'll be addressing the needs of our service users.
It also shows where we will be focussing our efforts to improve quality and value.
Business Plan 2018/19 - 2020/21
Our 2017/18 – 2019/20 business plan sets out the Trust’s agreed strategic (six) and operational (nine) priorities.
Feedback is welcomed on whether the six identified strategic priorities should continue, or whether their current focus should change.
Our six strategic priorities are:
- purposeful and productive community services
- model wards
- safe staffing
- digital transformation
- TEWV Way.
Feedback received by 31 August to email@example.com has been collated and will be considered by the Trust Board in October 2017 to develop the 2018/19 – 2020/21 business plan which will be a continuation of the existing plan plus any agreed identified additions or amendments.
